• Design and measurements once approved cannot be changed later.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Silaee Ghar is not responsible for fabric defects, color issues, or fabric behavior after stitching.
• Customers are required to follow provided garment care instructions.
• Stitching damage due to excessive pulling, misuse, or improper washing is not covered.
• Prices may vary depending on garment type, design complexity, and fabric.
• Silaee Ghar reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or policies without prior notice.

• Silaee Ghar provides a made-to-order tailoring service, therefore returns are not accepted.
• Refunds are not applicable once an order is confirmed and stitched.
• Alterations are acceptable within 7 days of delivery, subject to review.
• Alteration requests must be raised within the specified time period.
• Alterations are applicable only for stitching-related issues.
• Silaee Ghar is not responsible for fitting issues if body measurements change after fabric pickup due to exercise, weight change, or any other reason.
• Issues caused by fabric quality, washing, shrinkage, or misuse are not covered.
• All alteration requests are subject to inspection and approval by Silaee Ghar.
• Pickup and delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable.
