Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Silaee Ghar

At Silaee Ghar, all garments are custom-made as per individual measurements and design preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our services, the following refund and alteration terms apply.

 

  1. No Returns
    Silaee Ghar operates on a made-to-order tailoring model. As each garment is stitched specifically for the customer, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

  2. No Refunds
    Once an order is confirmed and the stitching process has begun, refunds are not applicable. Payments made for stitching services are non-refundable.

  3. Alteration Window
    Alterations are permitted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

  4. Raising Alteration Requests
    Customers must raise alteration requests within the specified alteration window through the official communication channels. Requests received after the deadline will not be entertained.

  5. Scope of Alterations
    Alterations are applicable only for stitching-related issues such as fitting discrepancies or construction errors. Design changes or additional work are not included and may be charged separately.

  6. Body Measurement Changes
    Silaee Ghar is not responsible for fitting issues arising due to changes in body measurements after fabric pickup, including but not limited to weight fluctuation, exercise routines, or posture changes.

  7. Fabric-Related Issues
    Issues resulting from fabric quality, shrinkage, color bleeding, improper washing, or misuse are not covered under the alteration policy.

  8. Approval of Alterations
    All alteration requests are subject to inspection and approval by Silaee Ghar. Approval will be based on the nature of the issue and service feasibility.

  9. Non-Refundable Charges
    Any pickup, delivery, or convenience charges applied to the order are strictly non-refundable, even in cases where alterations are approved.
