By placing an order with Silaee Ghar, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, smooth service delivery, and mutual understanding between Silaee Ghar and its customers.

1. Lining Fabric
   Lining fabric must either be provided by the customer at the time of fabric pickup or selected from the available add-on options before placing the order. Silaee Ghar will not be responsible for delays or quality issues arising due to unavailability of lining fabric.

2. Service Area
   Silaee Ghar offers doorstep tailoring services exclusively within Pune city. Orders outside the serviceable area will not be accepted.

3. Fabric Readiness
   Customers must ensure that the fabric is ready, complete, and available at the scheduled pickup time. Any delay due to fabric unavailability may affect delivery timelines.

4. Measurements
   All measurements are taken by our designer at the time of fabric pickup. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate posture and cooperation during measurement. Silaee Ghar will not be liable for fitting issues caused by incorrect posture or later body changes.

5. Design & Measurement Approval
   Once the design details and measurements are finalized and approved by the customer, no changes will be accepted at a later stage. Any additional requests after approval may be treated as a new order or alteration and charged separately.

6. Delivery Timeline
   Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to factors such as design complexity, fabric behavior, workload, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to deliver on time, delays do not qualify for cancellation or refunds.

7. Fabric Responsibility
   Silaee Ghar is not responsible for fabric-related issues including shrinkage, color bleeding, fading, texture changes, or defects that appear after stitching. Stitching results depend heavily on fabric quality and behavior.

8. Garment Care
   Customers must strictly follow the garment care instructions provided. Any damage caused due to improper washing, ironing, storage, or handling is not covered under our service responsibility.

9. Wear & Tear
   Stitching damage caused by excessive pulling, stretching, rough usage, or misuse is not covered. Normal wear and tear over time is also excluded from any claims.

10. Pricing
    Prices may vary based on garment type, design complexity, fabric type, additional work, and customization requirements. Final pricing is confirmed after design discussion and measurement assessment.

11. Policy Changes
    Silaee Ghar reserves the right to update, modify, or change its services, pricing, terms, or policies at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be applicable from the time they are published on the website.
